Papads
are thin wafer like crisp product made of Black Gram(Udad) specially
processed preserving the traditional values. The finished product
has an attractive light yellow colour and natural aroma and taste
of Black Gram. The papads are processed in different tastes utilizing
natural inbuilt flavors to suit individual requirements. The product
is free from Gluten, rich in protein and dietary fiber.

Application
- Frying
Times and Conditions :
Fry in a deep far fryer or in a frying pan containing 1" to 1.5"
oil for 12 to 15 seconds at 185 to 190 Degree Celsius.
- Microwave
Procedure :
Microwave on high setting for approximate 45 seconds each piece.
Papad may require turning during microwave process to ensure even
cooking.
